Qualification : Degree or B.Tech

Experience : 3-10 years

Location : Hyderabad

Description:
 

Need JAVA trainers for a fulltime opportunity. Candidates must be perfect in training the candidates in all the JAVA related technologies, either in the front-end or in the back-end. Must be familiar with all the runnin technologies and the databases to provide the candidates with a complete corporate level training. We look into the best communication skills of the trainers. 
  1. Strong skills in analysis, design and programming
  2. Solid understanding of OOD, design patterns, and multi-tier architecture for web applications
  3. Familiarity with one of Java web development frameworks, Struts, Spring MVC, JSF, GWT, etc, and one of test frameworks such as JUnit, JWebUnit, Selenium, HtmlUnit, etc.
  4. Strong web development skills, including HTML, XML, CSS, and JavaScript 
  5. Strong programming skills of SQL and stored procedures, preferably Oracle and SQL Server
  6. Working knowledge of open source technologies, Linux, Apache, Tomcat, JBoss, Eclipse, etc.
  7. Familiarity with broad spectrum of Web 2.0 technologies, principles of UI design, cross-browser optimization/enhancement, and Web Services APIs (SOAP, REST)
  8. Familiarity with agile development methodologies such as Scrum and XP
  9. Ability to work under pressure and produce results in a fast-paced environment
  10. Ability to multi-task with excellent time management skills
  11. Ability to learn fast and adapt to ever-changing environment
  12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  13. Must have a positive and a can-do attitude
  14. Must be a self-motivator and be able to work with minimal direction
  15. Experience Developing EJB’s and Hibernate Business Logic
  16. Experience Developing Java screens with JSP.
  17. Experience with PL/SQL, writing Stored Procedures.
  18. Experience developing within Struts / Spring framework
