We are looking for OPT Recruiters with a minimum of 2+ years of experiance in US Staffing Company,
Required Skills:
- Get the free resume data bank access from all university career services centre
- Integrity – Commitment to professionalism, accountability and service excellence.
- Immediacy – Responsive to client’s needs by serving with urgency.
- Innovation – Continuous innovation and improvement to meet and exceed clients’ expectation.
- Involvement – Be a partner in human resourcing to our clients and build long-term relationship
- Sourcing tracking the resumes from DICE, Monster, Desiopt & Internal Database.
- Recruiting OPT CPT and consultants getting them for OPT
- Extract the resumes from the resume data bank.
- Concentrating on the candidates who are on like F1 (OPT /CPT), TN and H1B visa status.
- Searching resumes in portals (Dice, Monster, Indeed etc)
- Screening the resumes and maintaining a separate database.
- Following up with candidates about all the present and future requirements.
Must be willing to work in EST of US shifts. Salary is open and negotiable. A very good and challenging Incentive structure is applicable.
